Free shipping on orders +$125.

All orders are shipped with DHL Express o USPS.

The shipping price for orders under $125 is $15.

When will I receive my order?

It takes us between 1 and 2 business days to process an order, after which we will send it to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

United States: 2-7 business days

Order exchange or reimbursement is not possible.

Please choose the correct size, and contact us if you need help with how to measure your foot.

Where is my order being shipped from?

Your shipments are sent from our production factory in Santa Ana, El Salvador.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

Check your confirmation email to ensure there are no shipping address errors. Ask your neighbors in case the carrier left your package with them. Contact us at atencionalcliente@bostenshoes.com Pro tip: Avoid theft. If you won't be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or where you'll be instead.
